Before you order

Questions

Are they handmade?

Yes. Every doll is made by hand, one at a time, by the artisans we work with. The faceup is painted by hand, the hair is rooted by hand and the outfit is sewn by hand. Nothing is printed or stamped out by a machine.

We do not make them ourselves. We choose which dolls we stock, photograph each one as she ships, and send her out from France.

Can I have one made to my own spec?

Yes. Head to Create your own doll, pick her hair, eyes, skin, expression and outfit, and add a note telling us about her. She costs the same as any doll in the collection.

Before she ships we send you a photo of the finished doll so you can confirm you are happy with her.

How long does shipping take?

We post within 1 to 3 working days and send you a tracking link. After that:

  • France, 2 to 5 days
  • European Union, 3 to 8 days
  • United States and Canada, 6 to 10 days
  • Selected countries worldwide, 7 to 12 days

Free over €80. The Shipping page lists every country we reach.

What comes with the doll?

She arrives dressed exactly as you see her in the photos. One outfit, shoes, and a box with proper padding.

Can I return a doll?

Yes. You've got 14 days from the day she arrives. We'll refund what you paid for her and what you paid for shipping. Posting her back is on you. Custom dolls are the exception, as they are made to your spec.

Do I pay customs or duties?

Not in the EU. We ship from France, so there's nothing extra when she arrives. Outside the EU, up to three dolls usually clears without any charge, though it does depend where you are.
