How does a custom doll work?

Pick her hair colour, length, texture and thickness, then her skin, eyes, expression, glasses and outfit. Add a note telling us about her and we pass the whole spec to the artisans who make her.

She costs the same as any doll in the collection.

Will she look exactly like the preview?

No. The preview is a sketch to help you choose, not a photograph of the finished doll. She is made by hand, so she will have her own character.

Before she ships we send you a photo of the real doll so you can confirm you are happy with her.

How long does she take?

Longer than a doll already in stock, because she is made from scratch. We will tell you the timing when we confirm your order, and you will get a tracking link once she is posted.

Can I return a custom doll?

Only if she arrives damaged or faulty. Because she is made to your spec she is outside the usual 14-day change of mind window, which is why we send you a photo before she ships.
