How much is shipping?

France €4.90, Europe and the UK €7.90, US & Canada €12.90, rest of world €14.90. Free worldwide over €80.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched in 1–3 business days, and you get a tracking link by email at that point. Then 2–5 days within France, 3–8 across Europe and the UK, 6–10 to the US and Canada, and 7–10 elsewhere.

Will I pay customs or duties?

Not within the EU. We ship from France, so orders inside the European Union cross no customs border — nothing extra to pay on delivery, whatever the size of your order.

Outside the EU, orders of up to three dolls normally fall within personal import allowances and arrive with nothing extra to pay. Thresholds are set by each country and do change, so check locally if you want certainty first.

Is there an offer on?

Yes — buy 2 dolls and the third is free, applied automatically at checkout. Three dolls also clears the €80 threshold, so shipping is free too.

Can I return a doll?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and we refund the doll plus the original shipping. See the Returns page.

Are these suitable for children?

These are collector’s items with small parts, intended for ages 14 and up.
