You have 14 days from the day it arrives to change your mind. We refund the doll and the shipping you paid. The only cost to you is posting it back.

She needs to come back the way she left: same outfit, same shoes, same box and packaging. Worth keeping all of it until you are sure.

If she turns up damaged, send us photos within 24 hours and we will cover everything, return postage included.

Comb her hair from the ends and work upwards. Going in at the roots is how hair gets pulled out. A little water on the comb helps. If she has curls, use your fingers instead and they will hold their shape.

Keep solvents away from her face. Alcohol, make-up wipes and nail polish remover strip a faceup on contact and there is no repairing it. A dry make-up brush handles dust, and a barely damp cotton bud is as far as you should ever need to go.

The body wipes clean with a damp cloth. Support her while you pose her, the joints hold position on their own and do not need forcing.

Wash her clothes by hand in cool water and dry them flat. Dark fabric can stain pale resin, so try not to leave her in a black outfit for months on end.

Sunlight is the one thing that does permanent damage. It fades hair and faceup alike, so keep her out of a bright window.
